Testing Flow

1. Pass KYB
2. Apply Whitelist (send email to us as below)
3. Get Sandbox Account by contact technical support team
4. Test the Interface and finish order once (Pay EUR by MasterCard)
5. Apply Production Account

Before Testing

• Do NOT testing KYC in sandbox environment.
• No merchant dashboard in sandbox environment is provided. Merchant can get more information from NFT merchant dashboard.
  After received production account, merchant can login merchant dashboard.

Whitelist

Please send us email including testing account(email) and testing card for whitelist. Avoid test payment failures due to risk control reasons.

Reason for adding a pre-test approval:

Due to the testing nature, various testing behaviors deviating from regular user patterns can trigger our risk control system, potentially leading to interruptions.

To ensure a smooth testing experience for your company, we strongly recommend reaching out to our risk management team for pre-approval before proceeding with the test.

1.1 Test email: Please provide a valid email address for receiving OTP login and system whitelisting.
1.2 Test card: Send us your card number for whitelist.

*Note that Chinese card BINs are currently not supported; please ensure the test card account has sufficient funds.
