Dashboard Overview

The dashboard panel includes:
• Growth rate of payment amount
• Growth rate of the volume of orders
• Success rate of orders
• Time series changes in the payment amount
• Payment currency usage ranking
• Time series statistics of the number of successful and failed orders
• Daily order success rate

Transaction Orders and Refund Data

When a user generates a transaction order, the merchant backend immediately creates a record of the order information. And allow merchant to check on refund data records.

Download Functionality

The page's auxiliary functions allow searching based on time range, transaction ID, merchant order, and order status.
Additionally, there is a data download feature. The data type for downloads is Excel. By default, all data is downloaded, but after categorized searches, only the filtered data will be downloaded.

ACH Crypto Payment Merchant Settlement System

Payment funds are settled in real time to a pre-settlement account,and the funds are transferred to an available account. Merchants can settle using cryptocurrencies like USDT, USDC, and fiat currencies (to be provided as soon as possible).

Settlement Process Steps:

The merchant initiates a settlement in the merchant backend.
Necessary information for the application is displayed: settlement amount,withdrawal address, withdrawal currency (cannot be changed).
Complete Google verification.
ACH reviews the settlement application (Review time: T+2）
Upon successful review, the withdrawal payment is processed.
The merchant backend updates the settlement success status information,which includes merchant ID, settlement amount, withdrawal address,withdrawal currency, and time.

Settlement Matters:

Settlement Time and Refunds:

Settlement occurs on T+1 (Please confirm the specific time when accessing the network). Before settling funds for merchants, deductions are not made.

Settlement Application:

Settle the fund pool in full each time.

Pre-settlement Account (Pending Funds):

User payment orders and refund orders will be credited in real time.

Available Balance Account (Settleable):

Funds in this account can be settled by the merchant in real time.

Merchant Account Transfer Table:

Transfer Record: Transfer time, transfer type, transfer amount,direction of change, available balance amount, remarks.

Settlement Data Table:

Dimensions of Merchant Settlement: Merchant ID, settlement orderID, settlement arrival time, account amount, settlement amount,settlement currency, settlement status.

Account Functions:

Basic Account Information:

Includes merchant name, ID, supported payment channels,slippage, supported currencies.

Google Authentication Protection:

Google Authentication (2FA) is integrated with a Google Authenticator app. It's mandatory for withdrawal verification to protect the merchant's account.
