🔑 Merchant Access and Integration Guide

This page lists the steps to use AlchemyPay and integration so that users can start real-time transactions.
While you are reading this guide, your developers can use our testing environment to start trying and integrating.

Step 1: Contact Us For BDs

You can send an email to [email protected] to contact our sales team.

In your email, you can briefly describe your business scenario and needs. Once we receive the email, we will arrange for the sales team to contact you. Your email should preferably include the following content:

Project Brief: Centralized Exchange, Defi/DEX, E-commerce, Forex, Gambling, Gaming, Marketplace, Protocol, Wallet, Fintech/Neo Bank, Brand, Creator, Others

Step 2: Provide Business Information

Our sales team will collect your business information, which will include your company's basic information and business situation.

Step 3: KYB Review

Our compliance officer will review your company and business situation. If approved, we will configure a production account for you and send the account information to your email.

Step 4: Integration

Integrate AlchemyPay into your application according to our integration options.

Step 5: Customization

We offer different ways to customize your AlchemyPay integration to provide your users with the best experience of purchasing cryptocurrency through your application:

Step 6: Testing

We strongly recommend that you use our temporary environment to test your integration, custom settings, and user journey before going live. This will have a significant impact on how many users successfully join and purchase cryptocurrency.

Step 7: Go Alive And Enable Cryptocurrency Purchase

Once the KYB you submitted in step 3 is reviewed and approved, you can allow your users to conduct real-time transactions through your application.
To go live, you only need to update your integration from the testing environment to the production environment. To do this, you need to:
Replace the test API key with the production API key.

For page integration, update the URL from Test: https://ramptest.alchemypay.org/ to Prod: https://ramp.alchemypay.org/.
For API integration, update the URL from Test: https://openapi-test.alchemypay.org to Prod: https://openapi.alchemypay.org.
